Job Description:
Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking for an exciting opportunity to help individuals and businesses make the switch to solar power? ReNova Pulse Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide clients with customized solar solutions, from initial consultation to project completion.
Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess customer energy needs.

Analyze energy usage and provide tailored solar proposals with cost-saving benefits.

Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy, including financial incentives and environmental impact.

Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and financial models, including available financing options.

Manage client relationships, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the process.

Collaborate with internal teams, including installers and project managers, to ensure a seamless installation experience.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, energy, or customer service is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of solar technology and energy efficiency is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
