Job Description:

Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking for an exciting opportunity to help individuals and businesses make the switch to solar power? ReNova Pulse Energy is seeking a dedicated and motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide clients with customized solar solutions, from initial consultation to project completion.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home and virtual consultations to assess customer energy needs.

  • Analyze energy usage and provide tailored solar proposals with cost-saving benefits.

  • Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy, including financial incentives and environmental impact.

  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and financial models, including available financing options.

  • Manage client relationships, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including installers and project managers, to ensure a seamless installation experience.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
     

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, energy, or customer service is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of solar technology and energy efficiency is a plus.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment.
