In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding individuals and businesses through the transition to solar energy with expert recommendations and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed consultations (in-home or virtual) to assess customer energy needs and site feasibility for solar installation.

• Analyze energy usage and create customized solar proposals, ensuring solutions meet technical, financial, and environmental goals.

• Educate clients on the mechanics of solar power, available financial incentives, and long-term benefits of renewable energy.

• Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure accurate system designs and smooth project implementation.

• Provide ongoing support to clients, answering technical questions and addressing concerns throughout the process.

• Stay updated on the latest solar technologies, policies, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.

• Advocate for sustainable energy practices and help clients make decisions aligned with their energy and environmental goals.

Qualifications:

• Background in renewable energy, engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of solar systems, including components, design, and installation processes.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-driven and organized, with a passion for renewable energy.

• Familiarity with solar design tools (e.g., PVsyst, HelioScope) is a plus.
