ReNova Pulse Energy is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead solar energy projects from conception to completion. In this role, you will oversee every phase of solar installation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage solar energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and installation teams to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.

• Lead project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and resolving any concerns.

• Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring work quality and adherence to schedules.

• Implement best practices for safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports for internal and client review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, renewable energy, or a related field.

• Proven experience managing projects in the solar or renewable energy industry.

• Strong understanding of solar system design, permitting, and installation processes.

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar).

• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations in the solar industry.

• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus.
